It's not quite so simple - unethical, immoral, and illegal orders are encouraged to be disobeyed. This would fall into this category, but at the same time - it's unlikely an "order". Refusing prank-like situations might get you in trouble with whoever told you to do it, but I doubt it was an officer unless it was done for actual punishment purposes due to previous transgressions. I believe only orders from officers can fall into the category of "orders" that can you get you into serious trouble if you clearly disobey without justification.
