Someone did this to someone else at SunFest I was at this past weekend. It wasn't into the water, but their phone smashed on the concrete. The group of kids ran away.

That said one of the cool ones was throwing a blow up kangaroo out during the Ellie Goulding concert like a beach ball. After about 10 mins though some rager squeezed and popped his head.
