That must be one of those new 4k TV's, cuz up to this point I havent seen any television that could make me think it was real.

Actors. I doubt the TV has anywhere near the brightness for it to be real. What TV can take place of a window to light up your room?

Context makes a HUGE difference. If the interviewees genuinely thought that they were there to get a job, they would place almost all of their attention on the interviewer and barely glance at the "window"..until things started looking funny. At that point their mind has already accepted that it's a window, and so they act accordingly.

No. Without lightning-quick head-tracking their mind would have dismissed it as an image and not a window the moment they saw it unless the curtains were opened after they stopped moving.
