No you choose a location and then use your massive military to carve a country out of the middle of another country for them, forcefully kicking out anyone that happens to already be in that area. Then use that massive military might to keep them safe until they can build their own military. Seems obvious to me.

isreal would love that.. have everyone in gaza goto the west bank.
the most direct route is to travel THRU isreal.. not seeing this happening.

indirect route is to go around isreal. first goto egypt then thru jordon to get to the west bank.
3 things might happen:
some might make eqypt their new home
some might make jordon their new home
some might even make it to the west bank and make it their home.

any which way, gaza will be emptied (or emptied enuf to raze it w/o high civilian loss) = no more rocket fire from gaza
