I would agree, the guy with the chute was probably the pilot. Bet he feels pretty bad. Wonder what happened to him (Jail, suicide, firing squad)

Toward the end of the aftermath video there's what looks like a severely injured kid on the ground screaming.

Probably about the age of my kid.
