Girls are jealous of pretty, popular/famous, rich girls in general BTW. They can be pretty catty/manipulative about that actually, just not in front of the girls face if they know the person. A lot of it has to do with there own insecurities about not being wanted for their own physical beauty and other things. Some more mature girls are not jealous because they are more secure with who they are and don't neccessarily care what people they don't care about think abou them. Guys do the same thing, if they are insecure, they are just less catty about it. They tend to take a proactive step, by "bulking up" and making more money. Both should realize that none of that stuff matters in the long run.
But if you ask a girl straight up if she is jealous, she will vehemently deny it so therefore <I pull up a lawn chair and eat my pie>.

Why is it ok for a guy to say she is unattractive or is not appealing TO THEM but when a girl says something it is jeleously?

If any other chick had made the comment no one would have made a stink about it. Its just passing strange to me that you choose that to make a comment about cosmetic modifications that seemed to insinuating an insult.
