Jericho

destrekor

Lifer
to air at 8pm Est on Wednesdays.... an hour before Lost.

the plot: a town becomes isolated from the world after a series of nuclear attacks destroy americas's largest cities. the drama follows the town of Jericho, Kansas as they deal with the fear of the unknown and band together to adapt to the new world.

... at least, that's what i got out of the various plot stories out on the internets

im looking forward to it.
that'll make my TV shows for 2006/2007 to be:
Lost
24
House
CSI
Survivor
Jericho

Yeah saw previews for this and it looks good. Will definitely Season Pass it. Nice to have a drama like this amidst all the reality stuff.

wait, who is in it? that name and premise sounds familiar. i think there was a show on Sci-Fi like that with Luke Perry.

The first episode is already out on the net. I watched it last night. It's got me wanting more.

For Deadwood fans, ole George Hearst, aka Major Dad, plays the mayor of Jericho.

Looked interesting from the previews I've seen on commercials, and I'll likely give it a look. CBS seems to be taking the position NBC had throughout much of the 90's, as top dog of the big 3 networks, though I really don't bother watching any of the "reality" shows they (or anyone else) has on tv. NCIS and "The Unit" have become my normal Tuesday evening fare, and I checked out the new Jennifer Love Hewitt show on Friday evening, but really don't watch anything else they have.

Call me a Sci-Fi channel junky, for sure! 😉
