Downloading. I'll let you know what I think and how it looks on "old" hardware (7950GT @ 1680x1050) later.

*IMPRESSED*

i am not going to finish playing the demo ... i have seen enough ... the teamwork is cool and the setting reminds me of PainKiller

it runs very well on my rig with everything maxed in-game at 16x10 ... looks like i will be picking this one up
[soon as i finish some other games i am playing now ... always on the hunt for a sale]

No problems- excellent graphics; runs great on my geForce 8800GTs (640MB), 1680x1050 res, and Vista.

Well, it works great for me... It looks pretty nice, and runs well. Hopefully I'll have more time to play around with it later, still trying to figure out why I'm getting all kinds of BSoD's ><.

Are you on 32bit Vista?

Yup.

Extremely short, kinda werid controls (switched primary and secondary fire) but gorgeous visuals all around. my 8800gtx ran it like a dream too.

I love this game - well, at least the demo!

The girl with the sword and auto pistol is awesome.

I get a steady (and fully playable) 19fps with everything maxed and 6xAA on my x1900 AIW.

From looking at the screenshots on this game, it's just begging for someone to make a nude skin for a couple of the female characters. :D

I'm impressed with the character detail, but not so for most of the monsters. Still, looks like an awesome game overall and the squad gameplay should be fun.

Glad to hear people are enjoying it, I'm going to skip the demo and wait for the real game.

I'm ashamed to admit that I lost track of time lastnight and didn't get a chance to play yet. I was waiting for my mouse batteries to charge and played some Halo 3, well 4 hours later and it was well past my bedtime

Just finished the demo.. this game looks friggin sweet. Assuming no more problems creep up, I'm gonna buy this game. The graphics are top notch - I really like the motion blur effect too. Game play was a little confusing first with the odd default layout, but I quickly got used to it. Switching between squad members is important even in the brief demo. Getting 3 head shots with one bullet was awesome. It seems like a very dark game, much more so than say, Doom 3 or Painkiller. Or anything I can think of, really.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

dark? dark as in lighting, or dark as in demented and creepy? Well, for the creative mind behind the game we were pretty much guaranteed the latter, but is it an extremely dark (lighting) game liek Doom 3? Cuz I hated the extreme darkness.

ayabe glad to see you are going to be playing a real game for a change ;).

Btw if anybody has not played Clive Barker's old classic " Undying" its a very good game and worth buying.

:)

I absolutely LOVED Undying and it was creepy as hell, if Jericho is even the slightest bit like Undying them I'm already sold.

Has any Undying player played Jericho yet? How does it compare?

I an avid Undying fan, the reviews I have read, it's being well received so far. Third times a charm for Barker one review said. I can't wait to play. The graphics will be like comparing day to night, so much better in the way of graphics on Jericho. I plan on playing, not sure if I want the demo, or just skip right to the game. We'll find out.

What fps is every one getting in the demo? With the rig in my sig, I'm only getting about 40fps at 1280x1024 max details and 2x aa and vsync off, is this game really that demanding?

:edit: well I turned off 2x advanced smoothing (and the game still looks FANTASTIC) and now get 50-60fps, so that's much more in the ballpark figure I was hoping for

What mouse configuration were you trying to do? Because I changed the mouse button configuration and it worked.

The link from the OP worked just fine yesterday, but it wasn't working this morning (none of the mirrors worked).

Working link here - 3DGamers.

I was trying to set the left and right mouse buttons to strafe and it says I can configure any button except the mouse buttons.

I have this puppy waiting to be installed when I get home. Hopefully I will get a chance to check it out between gym and beers tonight.

I'm a big Clive Barker fan, so I've been waiting to try this. :)

I'll post my opinion and performance on my rig later.
