I knew this was going to happen!

This second season was awesome. Though, I feel like the final episode is going to be way too rushed.

Its not the show content that kills good shows, its the networks screwing with the schedules.
People get tired of hunting for the show.
Lost is the latest casualty, no show for a month, then moving it to 10 pm.
Not canceled but thats usually how it starts.

Well, they tried again.

Show hasn't been as good this year thus far IMO.

It was good, but still not as good as the first season. Personally, I didn't enjoy the whole "the new federal government is Eeevvvillll!" storyline from this season as much as I enjoyed chaotic lack of government from last season.

Anyway, I hope that Jake and Hawkins make the guys who planned the attack suffer LONG and HARD during the final episode. Hell... I think that they would need an hour long episode just for that :)

SciFi bought the rights to show seasons 1 and 2 already. Maybe they will start buying new seasons as well. I'd still watch it.

would be nice if another network bought the show for more episodes, but i doubt it would happen.

Yes, that would be nice. FX gladly renews shows that have half the viewers that Jericho had.

Oh man, I loved it so much more. I felt there was a whole lot more stuff that was more interesting they could do with that versus Chaos. I was rooting for next season being a whole big underground resistance movement and all that.

This sucks, my wife and I were totally in to this season and crossing our fingers for another one. Leave to the networks to ruin a good thing.

I was a loyal viewer the first season until they revealed that. It was so predictable that I couldn't believe they actually went down that road. That was the last episode I watched.

Damn that sucks, i was liking this season :(

I could see Jericho being able to finish up decently in 2-3 full seasons. 1.5 seasons were just too short to tell this story.

Yeah... I was hoping that we were at war with the Indians or some other large country instead. That could have been a much more interesting story... Jericho men and women volunteering to invade India and defeat the "red dot menace", while showing the rebuilding effort on the home front.

Wow, just when it actually got good. my friend made me start watching it and i thought it was really... not that great. Despite the low-rent acting, and CBS production values, the idea was intriguing and had lots of potential.

And after the last episode i thought they were ready to really deal with some concepts in an interesting way. At first the multi-generational patriotic military family was a bit off putting (too cliched). but the writers actually gave them some depth and didn't make them all blind flag waving blow-hards. they also critique the whole military industrial complex issue, while also admonishing crazy extremists and vigilantism.

oh well. if the concept had been executing more competently it probably would have gotten better ratings.. of course then it probably would have been on a different network.

fuck...watched s1 on dvd a month or so ago and really got into it, caught up on s2 now. I think having it at 10pm probably screwed them, what are the chances another network could pick it up?

I hated that show. I wanted so much to like it but it so typical network TV fare that it seemed childish compared to a show like Heroes. I got sick of watching episodes like "Oh no! The water supply is going bad, what shall we do?" or "We need to get people into the caves to prevent them from getting radiation poisoning!"

Not likely if they are going to wrap up the story with this final episode.
