I think the morning of competition I weighed 171 pounds.

It's a couple of days later and I just got back from an "all you can eat fish fry" and I now weight 169 pounds :awe:

Do you work out a fair amount? What is your normal daily food intake like?

I have to be careful with my diet to make sure it doesn't get out of hand. For years I was 250-260 lbs and ate WAY too much. Now that I've lost that weight I want to make sure I keep it off. It's easy for me to start eating too much again though. I could probably easily put away those types of meals but the problem is that I might find myself eating more the next day as well.

Normal Day:

Eat a bowl of cereal in the morning
Ride bus to work
Eat some fruit at lunch (Apple + Banana today)
Walk home from work (4 miles)
Eat a snack (bagel, chips & salsa, etc.)
Waste an hour or two on my computer
Eat dinner (my large meal)
Waste the rest of the day on the computer or watching a movie

No working out except for walking + volunteering at the arboretum on the weekends.
Tomorrow's volunteering will probably be canceled due to weather though.

I wouldn't say I have a good system down, but I've lost 5-10 pounds over the last 6 months.

I should lose another 10-15 pounds really. I guess eating contests and all-you-can-eat fish fries aren't the best plan for that :p

Thought he was a forum member lol.

Not as far as I know :p

I found out our newest coworker (who judged the competition and designed the score sheet) knew of Anandtech. I don't think he was a forum member, but maybe a lurker.

OK see the thing is your daily food intake is on the lowish side which is good. I strugle to keep mine in that range. I succeed but I have to watch myself. If I don't monitor it I can easily start eating 2 servings of dinner, maybe also 2 of breakfast and other snacks besides.

I tend to overdo it on dinner.

This is what I made a couple days ago.

I ended up eating that whole smaller container in one night (1 bowl at a time... 3 bowls total)

What do you weigh and how tall are you though?

Not that that is an accurate predictor of health. Have you ever gotten your cholesterol and other blood work done?

I got my bloodwork done last year and my levels were in the normal range.

You only wrote OFFICIAL on the scorecard. Next time you need ***OFFICIAL*** ***CONFIRMED***.

Also, you should try the toilet-bombing heart-molester.
