So my girlfriend and I made jello shots for a party we are going to. So we kinda went over board and ended up making 178 jello shots....

Lemon and Lime mixed jello with vodka

Strawberry Jello Coconut Rum and Pineapple Rum

Lemon Jello with Coconut Rum and Pinapple Rum

Orange Jello with Coconut Rum

Orange Jello and Strawberry Jello with Coconut Rum and Pinapple Rum

Strawberry Jello with Dark Anjeo Rum

Orange Jello and Lime Jello with Souza Tequila, Orange Tequila, and Tripple Sec

Blue Jello with Coconut Rum


It's gonna be one hell of a party.
 
this is not a shot at you man, but I am curious what ATOTers opinion of Jello Shots are. I know any alcohol mixed with anything fruity makes you a man with a Vagina (according to the people on here...) do Jello Shots fall under the same "if it's not beer or straight grain alcohol you're a female"

I'll take one of the Lemon & Lime ones, I hate Vokda but I'd like to try it and see what it's like.
The Orange Jello with Tequila & Tripple Sec sounds interesting too.

Recipe:
1 package Knox gelatin
1 5th BM mix
1 5th your favorite vodka (Stoli 100 - works great on the ladies.).

Other than that, jello shots are for kids.

Jello shots are ok since they get you drunk fast. Anything with "tini" in the name except "martini" makes you a woman, though.
 
Shot for every first down? You won't remember the score

Jello shots aren't that bad. Better than mixed drinks I guess. But my opinion is kind of skewed. If I'm not drinking shots I'd just assume drink dr pepper or coke straight, it tastes better
 
Um, why not just bring beer. Unless you are going to a superbowl party filled with a bunch of queers, I think beer might be appreciated a little more.

Honestly, its gonna be a party with a bunch of 40 year old divorced women. My Girlfriend (24) plays poker in the local league and they're her friends from there.

Jelloshots as the *main* thing to drink is a bit iffy.

i love jello shots. we usually get a lot smaller cups though. you can pick up plastic 1.5-2oz cups.

Many parties for big events I've been to have all had jello shots. Growing up, I remember every Super Bowl party I ever went to with my family had jello shots.
And they are pretty common at big event parties here at school too.

meh.. i dont like beer or strait grain alcohol...and in my experience, mixed drinks have far more alcohol content than beer.

jello shots are meant to remove the underwear of attractive women, not for manly drinking.
 
/shrug Jello shots are pretty popular anywhere imo. Also great to hand to the ladies 😉

I remember making some pretty fun Strawberry ones (can't for the life of me remember what alcohol we used, vodka & some sort of rum), which we also stuck a maraschino cherry in, covered in a thin layer of chocolate, and topped off with whipped cream. More of a alcoholic-jelly-dessert, really, you had to eat it with a spoon...

Those probably fall under girly.
 
I once went on a canoeing trip that involved two large coolers filled with jello shots that were very high on the alcohol (tasted nothing like jello). I proceeded to drink probably 5-6 miller lite cans plus 5-10 jello shots and after those 3 hours, I couldn't get out of my canoe. I fell out, then fell again while trying to stand in about a foot of water. And then back at camp, I tried playing various drinking games only to pass out around 4PM, only to wake at 1AM wondering where everyone was.

Good times.
 
Well, I'm drunk. I've had about 10 shots. The shots are 50% alcohol. We ended up making more shots cause we could and ended up with 250+ shots they are awesome.

real men don't need to care what it is they are drinking, for the only purpose of appearing manly to other men.
We are after the women after all, and impressing other men is a pointless waste of time.

The only way to impress other men is with your fist to their face if there is ever a reason.

I'll drink whatever. Not a whiskey fan, more of a vodka, gin, tequila and spiced rum kind of guy.

If you are worrying about what other men are going to think about you based on your alcohol choices, you've got some inner self image problems.
