Trump said Epstein poached at least one more employee from him after being warned not to do it again.

"But for years, I wouldn't talk to Jeffrey Epstein. I wouldn't talk because he did something that was inappropriate," the president said.

Maxwell has offered her testimony in exchange for immunity and several other conditions. The House Oversight Committee said it won't consider granting congressional immunity.

Other conditions she wanted are: have to have all the questions in advance. Questioning to be somewhere else than the prison in Tallahassee where she is incarcerated. Don't schedule her testimony until after the Supreme Court rules on her request for her conviction to be overturned.

Her lawyer says if conditions aren't met, she will go 5th amendment route. Quite different from the she answered every question, no lies, no 5th amendment invoking he talked about after her questioning last week.
