February: we have all these files

July: comes out that DOJ had a thousand people pour through the files and flag stuff, but nothing of interest was ever found, now stop talking about it for reasons.

Must be pretty damning stuff.

But I thought only MAGA were conspiracy theorist's?? :D /s

No seriously.. the conjecture is spot on!

Far from convinced by this thesis. But it is fascinating how Trump seems to at least be at risk of damage at the hands of the movement he created.

But...
Trump has always survived by attacking his accusers and changing the subject. But how do you attack grieving parents?

Doesn't seem a definitive argument. I mean, maybe he should ask Alex Jones about that?

I'm going to go with another crazy conspiracy theory thing now (basically because this is fun).
So a lot of the outrage stuff that's been riling up the radical righties has been driven and amplified by Russian bots.
Trump has apparently fallen out with Putin.
The GOP appears to have lost control of its social media narrative on this.
Is this the point that Putin has decided that screwing Trump on this is going to cause more chaos than diverting to something else?

Talking about social media r/conservative seems to have had a purge on Epstein posts. About 80% of the posts were about that a day or two ago, when I checked this morning there weren't any!

The bolded is concerning. If foreign actors have that much control over social media we are screwed.

Here’s Uncle Donnie with yet another close association with another pedo. Check out the ages of the girls in this video. Who’s still doubting? Check out the creep factor with the now President of the United States. The claims of him walking into dressing rooms where girls were naked is confirmed.

Just checked. There is a thread where they claimed old threads are consolidated. Don’t know how much was captured.

Jesus Christ. I was about to post this. Sickening but not the least bit surprising with that pedo nazi.

Then there should not be a reason to release them not redacted

So the WSJ gave MAGA the distraction they needed. All the talking heads that were backpedalling are now on board with the "letter is fake." Rupert saved Trump. You could pull out 1000 handwriting experts that all conclude that Trump wrote the letter and it won't matter.

This seems a fair analysis

Epstein himself definitely looks weird in that picture, as if he's half-man-half-sofa.

It's a depressing reminder that "photographic evidence" no longer means much. We're back in the pre-photography era, in that respect - photographs and video are no more 'evidence' now than a hand-drawn sketch drawing or painting would have been ("ha, we have an oil painting of you committing the murder - got you bang to rights!")

We have Trump in his own words admitting on radio to being a pedo and sexual predator. AI didn’t exist back then

Not saying he isn't a sexual predator and all-round creep, but it's going to be that much harder to prove a specific crime when the evidence is clouded by things like that picture.

Fair analysis isn't what's wanted here. Trumps guilt has been decided by the will of the people.
I don't trust hate based politics, or hearsay based convictions. The point of both is to build an anger based coalition that's easy to manipulate. It's a system that's been very successful since the first cave man figured out how to lie. That along with social media and the economy of clicks linked with the universal belief that the ends justify the means lands us squarely where we are today.

A jury literally found him to be liable for digitally raping someone and he was convicted of 34 felonies and you’re still pretending none of this happened.

Lol.

Remember when Trump’s liability and guilt were decided by juries and you still hand waved it away?

Dang it beat by @fskimospy
