I might be upgrading to a Ryzen 3800x, and I want to buy some JEDEC compliant DDR4-3200 but I can't find a low latency JEDEC compliant DDR4-3200 kit. I'm not looking for DDR4 RAM that is advertised as 3200 but requires XMP to run at 3200. I looked up the JEDEC specifications for DDR4 RAM here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR4_SDRAM and it shows that 20-20-20 is currently the lowest latency for JEDEC spec'd DDR4-3200. The lowest latency JEDEC DDR4-3200 RAM that I can find is from Crucial but they have a CAS latency of 22. Is there a manufacturer making JEDEC compliant DDR4-3200 RAM modules with 20-20-20 timings (DDR4-3200W)?

just curious, why do you care if its running DDR 3200 CL 16 with XMP - ON vs Running DDR 3200 CL 20 stock?

Some memory with XMP profiles tend to have a VCSSA voltage programmed into their XMP profiles. For example my current DDR3-1600 RAM that has an XMP profile has 1.3v for the VCSSA voltage programmed in it's XMP profile but fortunately it also has a JEDEC DDR3-1600 profile that does not touch the VCSSA voltage.
