Spam grease works as flux, and will allow steel and aluminum to be easily welded together.

Welcome back, dear old thread. I was getting ready to reply, then noticed that I already did - last year.

And tie wire! Don't forget the tie wire!!

And zip ties.

Try figuring out what type of metal it is in order to have the right weld for it. For instance, there is Mig Welding & tig welding etc. If you find out the type of metal that is going to be welder it would be better.
