What he said. You can have certain biases regardless of what your own color is - just because it doesn't fit the stereotype for that specific race doesn't mean it can't happen. Hell, its racist to even think that.

Also, being racist against white people doesn't automatically preclude you from supporting Jay Leno. Believe it or not these things occur on a sliding scale.

Well reportedly right now the reason a deal hasnt been signed is Conan isnt willing to give up everything. NBC was further concessions on other parts of the deal, specifically the length of time Conan cannot say anything about NBC, if he keeps the characters and skits.
