JavaScript Not working with IE.

FOR EXAMPLE: javascript:ScrollingPopup('http://www.sparknotes.com/shak...ers/quizanswer_20.html',%20'ta_popup',%20500,%20400);

When I click that link using internet explorer nothing happens. I dont know why. I looked at all my IE options and JavaScript is enabled. So I fail to see the problem so please help me.

I had the same problems on my other machine (it is also XP Home edition). When I loaded Windows SP2 something happened to the Java script. I spent s few hours trying to get it to work and I went through several downloads. This time, I have XP Pro and I had to get the latest download. Try this link and see if it helps. I think it is the same link
I used a couple of days ago and it worked great for me. Idf it is installed properly, the web pages asks you to look to see if the coffee is steaming (visually). If it appears taht way you have installed it properly. Then go to your webpage and test it.
