Yeah, this thing is really popular on Orkut.com!
I like it!

Looks kinda cool when you are browsing huge galleries of pr0n!

Doesn't work. The ads are all merged into one image file.

it has a different effect all those images moving side to side is hard to look at

The new browser-based CPU stress test. :)

Seriously though, this could be used as a cpu benchmark test. My laptop locked up when I ran this test while on my desktop, it's rendering the 'freebies thread' at about .2FPS.

javascript:R=0; x1=.1; y1=.05; x2=.25; y2=.24; x3=1.6; y3=.24; x4=300; y4=200; x5=300; y5=200; DI=document.getElementsByTagName("img"); DIL=DI.length; function A(){for(i=0; i-DIL; i++){DIS=DI[ i ].style; DIS.position='absolute'; DIS.left=(Math.sin(R*x1+i*x2+x3)*x4+x5)+"px"; DIS.top=(Math.cos(R*y1+i*y2+y3)*y4+y5)+"px"}R++}setInterval('A()',5); void(0);

Oh, just give it some time. I opened up the Mets thread that was mentioned. I think I'm at 200 posts per page? It kept my XP2400 busy for perhaps 30 seconds until the icons all appeared in their "tornado" positions, and it then proceeded in its animation at 1-3fps. It only seems like the system is locked because the browser is set to normal priority by default, and if it's very busy, other normal applications will have to wait in line to get the processor's attention.

Here's an altered version to show you all the hidden inputs on a page:
javascript:R=0; x1=.1; y1=.05; x2=.25; y2=.24; x3=1.6; y3=.24; x4=300; y4=200; x5=300; y5=200; DI=document.getElementsByTagName("input"); DIL=DI.length; function A(){for(i=0; i-DIL; i++){DI[ i ].type = "text"}R++}setInterval('A()',5); void(0);

I didn't strip out the unnecessary variables.

Wait, where are the position functions?
