Java starts and everything becomes blurred

When certain programs use the Java program it becomes blurry, but still readable, but hurts your eyes bad, anyone know why its doing this?
 
Can someone help cause it is so annoying, i have to go into java and exit out of it eveytime to make it stop but it just comes right back
 
Your computer must be getting a caffiene buzz.

Also note you are only supposed to bump your own thread every 4 hours.
