Java plugin for mozilla

I am having troubles with the Java plugin on Mozilla. I went HERE to download/install it and it seems like it worked but when I got to a site that uses java, I still don't have it. I even tried to copy n paste the plugins from Internet Explorer to the mozilla plugins folder and it won't work.

It's a known issue with all the releases (has been fixed in subsequent nightly builds). You have to download Java version 1.4.1 here. Just get the JRE.

I've never had those problems, but I just use the regular JRE package from the site.

I just installed Java2 SDK 1.4.2 this morning.
