Java overload! Process is persistant...whats up?

So, on another thread someone had mentioned a tool to download to monitor network traffic (process hacker). Looked interesting so I tried it out.

Anyway, while looking at it, I noticed a bunch of java processes active. Now, this was curious, as I had nothing java based (including a browser) open (AFAIK). So I went into task manager and sure enough there it was (taking considerable resources I might add). So I killed it.

And it immediately came back.

Now, Im not a java expert, but is this something that MUST be active all the time? If you need more info let me know. I've included a screenie of process hacker and task manager.

Whats going on?

And in Vista and up you can right-click on a process and hit "Open file location" to see where it's running from.
