Java Compiler for Win32/AMD64?

Is there a Java compiler I can run on Windows XP Home 32 on an Athlon64? I went to Sun's web site, and the only CPU they supported for J2SE on Windows XP Home was IA32.
 
AMD's are compatible with IA32. (BTW AMD64 + WIN32 = 32bit)
There is no specific AMD version nor does there need to be.
