Poor guy... The pic looks like he got banged up pretty good.. Still, you take risks when you decide you want to race cars for a career.

And yes, 90210 was like "attack of the beautiful people", except for Tori Spelling. Great body (but for the obviously fake boobies), but a face that looks like it got hit with a shovel.

Beauty is only a lightswitch away.

The article says he is seriously injured but responding to treatment, not critical condition.. why don't you read the article more carefully before posting..

I just pulled up the article again......they upgraded his condition.....I'm sure in a week or so he'll be in good condition....

...........the bottom line is you aren't going to see me update this thread through every step of his recovery, so calm your a*s down...heh.

that sucks, I was just watching the show today when I read that. The seasons when they were still in High School were the best. And the summer episodes where Brandon worked at the beach club are some of the best hours of entertainment ever put on film.

Maybe you should think before responding :D When the article was first posted, he was in critical condition. The story has obviously since been updated.

Hey badluck, what's his condition now???

:)

Actually, Jason was one of the few from that show that actually seemed like a nice guy. Hope he will be ok...

BH 90210 was a horrible show, I didn't get what was so special about a show portraying a bunch of snot-nosed rich kids whose only hardship in life were agonizing over what they would spend daddy's money on next. Gawd...

Anyhoo, Priestly should hang it up. 10 years, dozens of crashes, and only one win to show for it. If he hasn't gotten the hang of it by now....

looks like this guy has a history of crashes. maybe he should do something he is good at, like drinking and drugs?

Oh, I'm not happy to hear he was injured, not at all. I hope he makes a full recovery.

I just think he was able to enter a sport he would never have broken into if he weren't a celebrity, because frankly he sucks. I know two guys who could out-drive Priestly six days a week, and have been putting in their time coming up the ranks for just as long, starting at your local Friday night dirt tracks where the grand prize is a pitcher of beer.

I think he was out of his depth in a series which has some serious safety concerns. I think he's the 3rd driver to be seriously injured this season.

JP raced for the last 10 years, mostly in a part time capacity and in sports cars (GT type). Got his first win in 98. I think he raced at the Rolex 24. So he isn't a totally neophyte.

However I thought it was a stretch for him to be in IPS - it's his first experience in a winged OW car. It would have made much more sense to be in Barber Dodge to start.

There was some oil-dry down on the track and they warned the drivers about it, but he drove through it and got sideways and the overcorrection sent him into the wall
