AHHH!! i have to write a 6 page paper on Jane Austen's view of marriage. This sucks. Is anyone out there familiar with Austen and her view on this topic? Know of any good resources to use for such a paper?

Holy crap...well start w/Barron's booknotes or Cliff's notes for synopses/major themes of her stories
You might want to try reading some of her books! 😉 Seriously, they're great...very funny is a subtle, smart way, and very wise about human nature. Try Pride and Prejudice, Emma, or Persuasion (Persuasion's my personal fav).
i watched sense and sensibility, atleast ang lee directed it😛 theres a commentary by emma tomson and ang lee, nots ure if they talk about marriage, they might😛 isn't emma also a jane austin book? seems like these women have nothing to do but get married back then, sad ass existence.
