All these people, put into a HUGE mansion, with lots of places to hide, crawl, run, climb and drive and choke full of weapons (guns, knives, ropes, etc), cars, and motorcycles (on foot is fine too). Who would come out the winner?
 
Bond wouldn't win because of the pain & irritation from the STDs.

Rambo is too simple.

Commando...not so familiar with him.

McLane is a drunk.

Solid Snake is teh winnar.
 
Put that granny from 'Murder She Wrote' in the Mansion with a typewriter and a AK-47 and she will own everybody.
