There's probably a good chance they will be sending the VHS boxset if you order this. $39.99 is about what the VHS box set goes for. Unfortunately the receipt just says "Vol 3 - James Bond Giftset" and doesn't specify DVD.
 
I noticed that at first too, but as far as I can tell (I didn't get too involved with it) they don't sell any VHS tapes on the site, even doing a search for VHS in the movies section brought up a list of DVDs...so who knows...if they do I'll just return it. Also, the picture they have posted is the DVD set (The VHS set is aprox. as wide as it is tall)
 
why doesn't someone call bestbuy to confirm? I would if I knew the number. can someone post it?

It would be a lot less confusing if they just said 2.99 shipping. What the heck is an order charge? Sounds like a hidden charge to me! Isn't it illegal to advertise one price and charge another? A $2.00 charge w/out any added service (like shipping for example) would seem to fall under this. Just a thought... maybe Best Buy should get their lawyers on this.
 
Got an email from Best Buy today, looks like they are honoring their pricing for this on 1 set per person... Here's a copy of the email I got from Francesca Penhollow (who's name sounds like a bond girl..lol)
