BTW, I live in Livonia. I'm about 5 minutes away from my package now, and have to wait for another day.

At least on Thursday my wife will be home during the day so the fvckhead UPS guy doesn't get to leave another package outside the door at my apartment (as opposed to dropping it off at apartment office or not delivering it, which is their policy). Last one was a $115 print, this one is $160 worth of gifts for my wife. I was just lucky it didn't walk away last time.

And no, I won't be able to just drive over there today and get it. Well, probably not, I suppose I can call this morning and find out.

My local UPS branch is terrible. They severely damage a lot of packages i get through them (i refuse to ship ups and avoid recieving it when i can). They leave packages on the porch that have signature required tags, even on rainy days...

Ive shipped over 350 packages with fedex and never had ONE get damaged, on top of that, fedex is cheaper, and often faster.

Update. Well, after rescheduling it for tomorrow (10/14), even though the package was 5 minutes away from me, they got smart and threw it on a truck for delivery today. As of 7:19 pm tonight, it is still out for delivery. Luckily, my wife now works tomorrow, so they should be able to leave a box unattended outside of my apartment again.

UPS irks me.

Some UPS places will allow you to pickup a wayward package from the truck at another UPS stop.
