So anybody here play Jagged Alliance?

I have heard about the 3rd one for a long time and it says release in Dec'08 which I really doubt.

i loved the previous games, so simply yet very entertaining. I've been waiting for the 3rd one for a long time

also does anybody know of a mod to up he resolution? i.e. BG2 and torment mods?

Last I checked JA3 was cancelled again, but check Bearpit / JAGalaxy for the latest: forums

If you haven't played the Urban Chaos total conversion for JA2 yet it's good: new sector maps, Warsaw Pact weapon set, new story.

I still play JA2. Deidrianna Lives and Urban Chaos are the best mods. I wish they'd make another JA, but afraid of what it would look like. All they need to do is up the graphics and they'd have a winner with the original format.

I still play JA2. I use the v1.13 mod. I too heard JA3 was once again pushed back to 2010 but I doubt we'll see it. At this point its becoming something like the Duke Nukem Forever game. Vaporware. The difference between the two is that 3D Realms owns DNF but JA franchise has been bought and sold a couple of times since Sir-tech went out of business and there have been attempts to make knock off look a likes under different titles that havent been completed or have sucked totally. Its a sad thing really.

yeah i just spent a few hours trying to install in and get the mod to work, all seems good now. Pretty sweet though
