She's cute, but she looks kinda awkward dancing. Maybe its the outfit. Looks like she's trying too hard or something. Nice looking woman tho.
 
Even first world modern countries are 15 years behind when it comes to lame stuff like bleaching your hair. Except in the US it was for 15-25 year olds and everywhere else it's for 40-50's.
