Jackhammers at 1:30am, WTF!!??!

They're doing some construction on a big street about 2 blocks from me and it is insanely noisy for this late. Trucks backing up with the BEEP BEEEP BEEP, jackhammers, and various other construction equipment. I may have to call the cops. It must be intolerable to people who live even closer than I do.:|
