Jacked by UBID or UPS

About 2 weeks ago I won an auction from ubid for a pair of wharfedale loudpanel speakers, this set includes 2 speakers and a sub, well after taking them a week to ship then a week to ship, they only shipped the sub (well I only got the sub). i'm not sure if i got jacked by my ups guy or ubid, but i really think its ubid, since i have it delivered to work and the ups guy seems like a nice guy. i've tried calling them but their phone service sucks, i've emailed them but they haven't replied, what do you guys think i should do? I bough this with my amex blue, do you think they'll get my money back? Any input would be great, thanks.
