Despite acting like cranky old farts, Mathau and Lemmon were a couple of the classiest guys left in Hollywood.

No doubt about it, Lemmon was one of a kind. I'll never forget the awesome performances he gave in his Hollywood career. The combination of Lemmon and Walther Matthau was made in heaven. May they both rest in peace.
