Iwill XP333R ram scores?

I purchased an Iwill xp333R with xp1800+ and Kingston ValueRam PC2100 Cas 2.5

My SiSoft Sandra Memscores are

790 over 890.

My friend has a Soyo Dragon with the same ram and 1700+ and he is getting 1500 over 1650
I also have another friend that has the Xp333 non raid with Corsair PC2700 and he is getting 1400 over 1500 with the ram at cas 2.5 and speed at normal.

Any ideas on why my scores are slow? I have the latest bios on a revision 2.1 with my FSB at 150Mhz and the chip is at 1750
my ram timings are cas2 and the voltage is 2.6 and the mem timings are set to fast. If i try to go ultra it wont post, but I havent tried 2.7 volts ont he ram either.

HELP!!
 
I had the same problem,.. update your BIOS to 18 January, '02 version and set your memory to 133, 150 , or even higher to 166. Then you'll see the difference. Good Luck!!!!
 
another thing to do is update sandra.......go to web update wizard......click it....see if any updates are availible......some people have had scores like your and had to do the web update to fix it......believe it or not
 
downloaded the 2002 version and in normal mode i am getting 2055/1956 and in fast i am getting 2245/2035. Trying to get it to post at ultra, I have to set my jumpers to 2.7V i believe.
