IWill Raid uesr please help me! I am in deep trouble!

I went to AMI RAID BIOS and click "Auto Configure Stripe" click yes and reboot. Then I found out that I put the wrong Hard Drive for RAID configuration. (I have two identical Quantum HDs) Now it can not boot into windows anymore and what is even worth is I think I might lost all my partions in that hard drive! Someone please help! Please let me know is there any way that I can get my partion back, thanks!

I had 3 partions in my harddrive. C: is for operation system, D: is for downloadig files from online and E: is for my backup. The BIOS can detect my harddrive but during the boot up it tells me that bootdisk failure. This is so much like when you bought new harddrive and you have not fdisk it. Do you think that I took out all my partion by clicking "Auto Configure Stripe"?

I did set to "RAID-100" as first boot order in BIOS and I also tried pluging it to normal IDE chanel. Still not working!

Was it a lengthy process when you did it? I mean longer than a mbr write?

Have you tried a fdisk /mbr? I am not sure that it will do anything, not sure how far the stripe would of written when it was done. Heck I hate even giving you hope man, but sounds like its bad anyway.
