Just went to download a PDF copy of the KK266 user's manual and noticed the deletion of Iwill's latest bios for the kk266 mainboard.
I'm willing to guess there were too many complaints and perhaps the next incarnation will prove to be a more worthy solution.
I returned to 0307 myself, not for the speed, but for the freeze factor of 0416.

Note the caution notice in it's place.
Caution:If your system work smoothly, please do not update it.

BIOS page.
Select Pure Motherboard KK266.

I also went back to 0307, but I don't like how my cpu runs 10C hotter than the 0416.

Just to let you know, I saw on amdmb.com a new KK266 bios posted today. It says vesion 4.26. I don't have this board so I don't know if that's newer, but it sounds like it.

Just thought I would pass it along.

Thanks I was on that page and missed the line "included Raid 0"
is the Iwill kk266-R more capable in the 3 Raid options over the one zerro option of the Asus? would I miss it for vid editing out commercials and video clips I shoot to merge and to edit and burn as CD-Vid (DivX)

Don't forget the beginning of the sentence. If you order one, make sure it's one with the specific upgrades.
