I'm looking at the Iwill manual describing PheonixNet. What the heck is this? Is anybody using it? I understand that it is some sort of Internet service partner, but is it a free ISP, a portal site, a tracking system, or what?

Is this just something that people disregard, and hope it doesn't cause problems?
