I am looking to buy the IWILL P4GB Motherboard from NEWEGG for around $ 229.

1. How does the Iwill P4GB Motherboard compare to the ASUS P4G8X and the Gigabyte GA-IN8XP Motherboard?

2. Can I use my two sticks of Kingston HyperX PC-3500 DDR RAM, or am I limited to my older Kingston PC-2100 DDR RAM?

3. How stable is the P4GB Motherboard since I do not Overclock and I plan to use an Intel P4 2.8 GHZ Retail CPU Chip?

1. The P4GB has 5 PCI slots(just like the P4G8X and 8INXP), onboard Gigabit ethernet(like the P4G8X and 8INXP), onboard Firewire(like the P4GBX) and onboard audio(like the P4G8X and 8INXP). What it doesn't have that the other two boards have is Serial ATA support, RAID, AGP/PCI lock, memory tweaking options and fsb speeds over 165mhz.

2. Yes, you can use your two sticks of PC3500 memory.

3. Here's a link to a review of the P4GB by VR-Zone. In their review they never mentioned any stability or compatibility problem just a lack of overclocking features.

Since you not a overclocker this board or the SuperMicro P4SAA mat be the boards for you.
