Iwill KK266 question

I have an Iwill KK266 and was wondering if this is normal.

In the socket for the CPU, there is the hole array for the CPU pins. In one of the holes, the second from the bottom on the right side, there is some kind of copper looking hole. Is this normal?

I just burned out my AXIA chip and looked at the pins on the bottom and the pin that corresponds to the hole with the copper lining is burned.

I have the KK266-R and it sounds like something is fishy with your socket.
