Iwill KK266/AMD 1200 COLD BOOT PROBLEM--HELP!

I just received a Iwill KK266 MB for my existing "unlocked" 1200 that's been running fine in my Pro2A [can lower and raise multiplier at will]---my problem is it won't boot once I set the MB to 133 even after lowering the miltiplier to 7 or 7-1/2 or 8---nothing at all---using Mushkins Rev2 that I know runs up to 150 at cas 2---I initialy set the ram to cas 3 and still no boot---runs fine at 100-113 settings--

Any help will be greatly appreciated--thanks!!!!
