Iwill and Hardware Modem problem

i just upgraded my rig to a 1.2 ghz T-bird with an Iwill kk266-r MB and am having IRQ problems, i think, with my modem.
Here is the PCI/ISA Order
Blank
Network Card
Blank
SB Live! Platnum
Blank
Blank shared PCI slot
Modem in shared ISA slot

the problem i run into is that when the splash screen comes up that says hit delete now to enter bios it hangs up and says, Conflict I/O Ports: 2f8. in the manual it says that 2f8 is IRQ 3. Also other then the modem everything else works.

Did you check if modem use IRQ 3 in the BIOS was set?...If so,and cant get in the bios, clear the CMOS,the jumper next to the boards system battery...then check to see if the modem is using IRQ 3 in the bios...
