Does anyone know where I can find a GF3 Ti200 or above the has been refurbished or is really cheap from a reliable business. Have been watching newegg for a couple of days with no luck. Is there a place online that gives GOOD reviews of cell phones, plans, etc.? I've tried a couple places, incl the one off of CNET, and its not showing up all the plans in my area, notably the regional ones which looking at individual service providers seems like the best deal for me. But where can I find a comparison for the providers themselves, ie, which ones are noted for best sound quality, customer service, technology, etc.? And is there a review of suggested phones for those services too? Ideally, a place that highlighted the best current deals that are out there would be cool. If anyone can help, drop me a line. I have used the following phone cards with bad experience:
1. SFFTT $5 card: Supposed to give me 21 minutes. Every time I call I time my call and the call terminates Exactly in 15 minutes. Called customer service and they said I talked for 21 minutes, in spite of my protests. Unfortunately I had bought 10 cards and can't return them. So far I have used 8 of them and each gave me exactly 15 minutes.

2. Desi Plus $5 card: Supposed to give me 20 minutes. Every time I call I time my call and the call terminates Exactly in 15 minutes. Customer service never picks up the phone.

Both the above companies are doing fraud. I would like to find some honest company which offer phone cards to Chennai India.
