Where can I get antistatic spray (not cleaner, furniture polish, or wipes)? I bought a bottle at Fry's in Phoenix last year, but 2000 miles is a pretty good trip just for static spray.

anyone knows how I can get a MS rebate that's suppose to be on the box but wasn't? Went to the site and all it said was "Unless otherwise noted, you can find a product's mail-in rebate inside the product box once you purchase it", but it wasn't in or on the box. Thanks.
