ubid.com has 6 speaker mission package usually closes at 300 dollars. pretty decent. if you don't want to go that route, try the energy package, i think their site is www.energyaudio.com i think its around 400 dollars, good speakers.

get the pioneer vsx509s from costco for 199. cheapest 12 ga spkr wire you can find, and you're set.

I am about to buy a 17" Viewsonic E70F for $289 CDN (available at Monitor depot near 14th and Warden) if there are no other suggestions. Any bad things you know about the above monitor?

I saw Staples have the A70F for around 350 CDN after 75 rebate, is it better than the E70F? Know the difference? Can I use online coupons at B&M?

I was going to bid on a 15" NEC 1530V LCD monitor on egay for around 500, but at the end it go all the way to 600 CDN, a little over my budget.
