I wanna know, is tigerdirect fraud? I entered their "laptop a day" contest for the first time 3 days ago. I received an email to reply to a few minutes later. The last two days I haven't gotten that email.
Last month when they gave a PC a day away, I only got an email at the beginning, after the first week I stopped getting my "reply back to" email after entering each day. Is anyone else having this problem? When I emailed them about this last month they said they corrected the problem, well not on my end. From what I've read here, I know not to buy anything from them.

I need a Socket A motherboard that can take a Sempron 2400 and has:

a) that extra 4-pin power plug and
2) multiplier and vcore editable in the BIOS
c) SATA

nForce preferred, but I'd take an SiS or VIA, as long as it's not K*400

New only, please. I don't buy used computer parts unless I have physical access to the person in case something breaks 🙂
 
Looking to get a Sony Erisson k750i on a new Cingular plan anywhere in the San Francisco, San Jose area. I've heard that they're free or nearly so with a new contract at Asian stores. I'll be there on vacation, so I might as well get a phone!

I had the same problem w/ that "Laptop a Day" giveaway. I received the Email the First Time, & ONLY the first time.

I have bought Merchandise from them with NO problems, but their Advertising & Rebates' can be Questionable
