My sister is looking for a home PC system to check email, shop the Web, and run Quicken. She'd prefer to spend $800 or less, but she wants (would prefer) a 17" LCD.

I have no idea if this is asking for too much. She'll accept a 15" LCD if she needs to. She'd also like a CDRW. That's about it. Anyone finding a killer deal on something like this?
