Hi, I talked a dozen people into buying Dell 4550s over the last two months using deals posted at Anandtech and they all need speakers. Oh, and the owners are all cheap ;-)

I've been watching for speaker deals but haven't seen any good ones in the price range (approx $25) for months. I know I can get cheapo loss leaders at Fry's sometimes but I'm looking for "decent" quality (e.g. Logitech). Something that MSRPs around $50 or so but on sale for $25 or less (AR, AC, etc.).

TIA

A few months ago there was a link to a computer case that would have been great as a media center case (micro-atx size) for something around $30-$40. It was mainly just a black atx desktop case. Does anyone still have that link or know of any good cases like that?

and

I am looking for a good store to buy Ram sinks for a geforce4 ti 4600 for a good price (I think I need 8 if memory serves me)

thanks for any help

I bought lots of the rechargeable batteries, including ones recommended on this site at Big Lots. The batteries came with adapters, which are used to convert the aa size to the c size.

They are just little plastic cylinders, so I hate to pay too much, but they are useful.

Any tips on where to get the batter adapters cheap?

Thanks.

I want to get 4 of the 80GB 8MB drives so I can put together a RAID 0+1 system. However, all of the rebates that keep getting posted are for one drive. If I were to get three friends to help me, what would be the best deal to go for?

I'm in need of a wireless pc card - 802.11b is fine. Preferably Linksys WPC11, but will be happy with any good deal...
