My greatest pet peeve... Automated phone systems.

Not exactly new, but it came in handy recently so I hoped it would for others as well.

I particularly like the Tivo shortcut of saying "Live Agent."

i seen some of these on CNN. one of em requires you saying "help" 3x or something...yeah, it doesn't work.

just do the "Stay on the line if you dont have a tuch tone phonee" thats what I always do and it always goes toa person
