went to cancun. got sunburned. now am peeling like crazy

im brown (indian)...so ive never burned b4. didnt believe i could. i mean c'mon...im brown. right? wrong!

because of my cockiness, i refused to put on sunblock. i guess the sun was really strong cuz i always go without sunblock here at the beaches. i burned a bit. man i feel sorry for you guys who burn easily.

but now im peeling like crazy. how can i stop this peeling. it looks fugly

Dumb to not use skin protection...I guess cockiness overrides cancer? (which bad sunburns significantly increase one's risk). However atleast you're not a milky white boy like yours truly, or you'd still be in icu. 😉

it doesnt itch anymore. but man did it sting the first couple days. i couldnt even put on a shirt

Should've put baby oil on it - would've stopped the peeling, plus it you would feel sexxxay

edit: you can still try, btw, might prevent further peeling.

yea i really shouldnt complain. mine wasnt as bad as my friend. his entire back was pink and he put on SPF 45
