I built a new system in Jan 2021 to which I added a GTX 1080 that I bought over the summer on the FS/Trade forum. I've been playing around with the 1080 trying to see its OC ability. Not having much luck, I watched one of Jays videos on how to use EVGA Precision X to OC a Pascal GPU. In the process I ran some benchmarks with Heaven per the video.
A few days ago I upgraded to Windows 11. I was curious to see how much performance the new OS cost me, based on stuff I'd read. Well, much to my surprise I saw a big improvement. Granted this is only in one program. Maybe you have had the similar results.
I'm wondering if having EVGA Precision X running on the Win 10 test slowed it down?
So far I like Windows 11.
