I've now been around for 6 different decades

If you don't count 2020 as the last year of the 2010's,(which it is) then 8 decades for me...fuck I'm getting old...
 
You're only as old as you feel.....one day they'll find my body and dispose of it properly....srsly though, getting close to that, already asking the question, so I have no idea how this Time thing works. It's one of those secrets the Swiss won't tell us. Those insidious bastards....

People say this, but I don't buy it. There aren't dead people sitting around saying "I'm so fuckin' bored. This dead shit sucks. I wish I could go to work or something...". They're just dead. Conversely, there's plenty of people that are only technically alive. In pain, can't get around, on their sixth trip to the doctor that month so they can be kept "alive" in the most nominal sense. Just one more day to add to the tally sheet. Meh... Gotta go some time. I'd rather do it before life *really* sucks.
